Refund Policy

1. Refund requests
Our standard refund window is 14 days from the initial purchase date, unless a different policy is shown at checkout or required by applicable law.
2. How to request a refund
Email us at support@togstec.com with:
- The email used for your purchase/account
- Transaction details (if available)
- The reason for your request (optional but helpful)
3. Cancellations
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling prevents the next billing cycle but does not automatically refund past charges.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
