1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the TogsTec website and services. The Service is operated by TogsTec.

2. Product and deliverables

TogsTec is an AI-powered support desk and business automation platform. Depending on the plan you purchase, key features may include an AI Whats App bot, AI SMS assistant, AI email assistance, AI voice/call answering, shared inbox workflows, and analytics.

Human involvement

The core Service is provided as self-serve software. However, human-driven services may be involved in limited cases, such as customer support, onboarding assistance, account verification, troubleshooting, and safety/abuse reviews.

3. Pricing and billing

Prices and billing cadence are shown at checkout and/or on our Pricing page. Taxes may be calculated and applied where required.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Our refund policy is available at Refund Policy. In summary, our standard policy is to consider refund requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase date, unless a different timeframe is stated at purchase or required by applicable law.

You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise.

5. Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Payment processing

Payments for the Service may be processed by Paddle. For purchases processed via Paddle, Paddle may act as the Merchant of Record for your transaction and will appear on your payment statement.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
